Product Introduction
The ONGO ZF570JD is a dedicated injection molding machine for fruit crates, equipped with a high-speed alloy barrel screw for long service life and stable product molding. It features a servo control drive system, achieving 20-50% energy savings compared to conventional models and effectively improving operating efficiency. All mechanical components are reinforced to extend the machine's lifespan, and the mold opening stroke is longer than conventional models, making it suitable for producing deeper fruit crates. An optional mold opening and material storage linkage function further accelerates the molding cycle. It also features power options and material distribution and storage designs, comprehensively adapting to the needs of large-scale fruit crate production.
