The ONGO TP280JD is a horizontal, two-color hydraulic injection molding machine with a clamping force of 280 tons. It features dual independent injection units, each equipped with a wear-resistant alloy barrel screw. The dual injection units support independent temperature control, plasticizing, and injection adjustment, and are compatible with various mainstream plastic combinations such as ABS+TPE, PC+PMMA, and PP+TPU, meeting diverse molding needs for color matching, hard and soft molding, and functional integration. The machine comes standard with a high-performance electro-hydraulic servo drive system, achieving on-demand power output through precise closed-loop control of pressure and flow. Compared to traditional models, it saves 30%-50% on energy, and the dual injection units offer excellent synergy, resulting in fast injection and mold closing response speeds, effectively shortening the molding cycle. Combined with a multi-cavity mold design, it significantly improves single-shift production efficiency.
