The ONGO Z780JD features a multi-specification, large-displacement, wear-resistant alloy barrel screw with optimized length-to-diameter ratio and plasticizing structure. It boasts strong plasticizing capabilities and is wear- and corrosion-resistant, with a maximum injection weight of 3932g and an injection rate of up to 781g/s. This allows for precise matching of the melt filling requirements of medium to large-sized plastic parts while significantly extending the service life of vulnerable components. It comes standard with a third-generation high-performance electro-hydraulic servo drive system, achieving on-demand power output through precise closed-loop control of pressure and flow. Compared to traditional quantitative pump models, it saves 40%-60% on energy and offers faster injection and mold closing response speeds. This effectively controls the dimensional tolerances of medium to large-sized products, reducing molding defects such as dents, short runs, and flash, ensuring high yield rates in mass production. The machine body experiences uniform stress and minimal mold deformation, extending the service life of precision molds. It also features a large mold volume and a 980mm long mold opening stroke, making it suitable for various medium to large-sized plastic molds. It supports single-cavity molds (for large structural parts) or multi-cavity molds (for large auxiliary parts), catering to diverse mass production needs.

ENHANCED STATIONARY PLATEN
The central hole part of the stationary platen is significant in supporting function.Our self owned patent of the reinforcing rib supports mold center effectively, favors moulding quality and stability.
PLATEN CENTER IS THICK ENOUGH
The enough thickness of platen clamping part ensures that the mold is clamped and supported effectively. Entire strength cooperation in unsupported part gives mold over–all balance and stability, reduces platen deformation,improves moulding quality, protects mold, and extends mold's service life. Some traditional old-type structure is weak in the platen center for mold supporting. Instead of that, it applies rein forcing rib structure in unsupported platen edge. So the platen looks thick and makes a reliable illusion, but the actual effect is not so good.
