Product Introduction
The ONGO ZX170JD features a multi-specification wear-resistant alloy barrel screw, flexibly adapting to the plasticizing needs of general-purpose plastics such as PP, PE, and ABS, as well as conventional engineering plastics. Equipped with a high-performance servo hydraulic drive system, it achieves on-demand power output through precise closed-loop pressure and flow control. The entire machine's structure has been optimized through finite element analysis, resulting in a rigid and uniformly stressed mold. Combined with a reasonable tie rod spacing and mold opening stroke, it can adapt to various small and medium-sized molds, supporting multi-cavity molding. Key electrical and hydraulic components are selected from high-quality brands, ensuring a low failure rate. It also features a user-friendly color operating interface, making operation easy and maintenance simple, and suitable for continuous mass production operations in industrial settings.

ENHANCED STATIONARY PLATEN
The central hole part of the stationary platen is significant in supporting function.Our self owned patent of the reinforcing rib supports mold center effectively, favors moulding quality and stability.
PLATEN CENTER IS THICK ENOUGH
The enough thickness of platen clamping part ensures that the mold is clamped and supported effectively. Entire strength cooperation in unsupported part gives mold over–all balance and stability, reduces platen deformation,improves moulding quality, protects mold, and extends mold's service life. Some traditional old-type structure is weak in the platen center for mold supporting. Instead of that, it applies rein forcing rib structure in unsupported platen edge. So the platen looks thick and makes a reliable illusion, but the actual effect is not so good.
